Season’s Greetings from Bloodline Golf!

Wishing you a wonderful holiday season. In the spirit of the season, we’ve put together a list of some of our favorite holiday themed golf course names in the country.

Christmas Lake Golf Course

Christmas Lake Golf Course is in a town in Indiana called “Santa Claus.” It doesn’t get much more Christmassy than that!

Christmas Lake Golf Course makes the most of the Southern Indiana landscape, with tree lined fairways, rolling hills, valleys, and sparkling lakes. Golf Digest Magazine listed Christmas Lake Golf Course as one of the top 75 public golf courses in America and Indiana Business Magazine rated the course as the 7th most challenging in Indiana.

Mount Snow Golf Club

Mount Snow sounds like the kind of place the Abominable Snowmonster of the North, from the television special, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer would live.

Mount Snow, located in West Dover, VT, is actually one of Vermont's premier mountain courses and has been rated one of the top 5 in the state by Golf Digest. It has also been named one of the top 10 resort courses in the country by SKI Magazine. The course meanders through spectacular Vermont countryside and provides stunning views of the Green Mountains.

Bethlehem Golf Club

The town of Bethlehem of Judea, about six miles south of Jerusalem, has always been considered the birthplace of Jesus in Christianity.

Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is home to Bethlehem Golf Club which features both a championship course and a nine-hole executive course. The 18-hole Monocacy championship golf course is a challenging and demanding layout that will have you reaching for every club in your bag. It features quick greens, and includes five sets of tee blocks that make it attractive to all skill levels.

Silverbell Golf Course

The name of this course makes you want to start humming the classic holiday tune. (Try to get it out of your head now!)

Silverbell Golf Course is a championship layout located high upon the west bank of the Santa Cruz River in Tucson, AZ. The course features wide undulating fairways that meander among stands of mature pine trees, strategically placed bunkers, and two large lakes that come in to play on five holes. The remarkable varieties of holes challenge a golfer's skill for both power and finesse.

Holiday Hills Resort & Golf Club

Of course, we had to include Holiday Hills Resort & Golf Club in Branson, MO when talking about holiday themed golf course names.

Originally known as the Golf Ranch Country Club, it was a popular spot for golfing or just having fun in the rustic clubhouse for people from all walks of life. Holiday Hills offers beautiful landscaping, lakes, creeks, waterfalls and large trees that border many of their Bermuda fairways. It provides challenging play for golfers at every skill level.
